    Say these out loud in the morning, or in a quiet moment throughout your day if you need to recharge:

    • Today, I am here. I am exactly where I need to be.
    • I brush off the thoughts and anxiety of tomorrow, I am not there yet.
    • I release what happened yesterday and in the past. What has happened has happened, and I cannot change it.
    • I am aligned and centered, here and now.
    • Everything is coming together and working out for my good, nothing needs to be forced or controlled, just simply received.
    • I radiate life and live in abundance.
