    Affirmations for the Week

    Say these out loud in the morning, or in a quiet moment throughout your day if you need to recharge:

    • I am capable. I have everything I need to accomplish what I need to this week.
    • I am worthy of love. Love from myself and from the people around me.
    • I am everything I need to be. I am enough as I am, and that is enough.
    • I choose live fully and with an open heart.
    • I am free to be myself and live authentically. I don’t need to hide.
    • I am unique, and cherish who I am.
