    Style Note: Loafers

When it’s too cold for sandals, and tennis shoes aren’t the move, we turn to loafers. Here are some of our favorites. Comfortable enough to be your ‘throw on everyday’ shoe, and chic enough to pair with any outfit, any occasion.

    • G.H. BASS Whitney Weejuns Penny Loafer - This ultimate classic penny loafer design comes in black, brown, and wine. They feature a handstitched leather insole and outsole, and are G.H. BASS’s original loafer design.

    • Sperry x Aritzia Slim Boat Shoe - Bringing in the revival of boat shoes, Sperry teamed up with Aritzia to create this coastal inspired everyday shoe. They come with extra laces for fun customization, and have an updated, more modern fit than boat shoes we’ve seen in the past.

    • J.Crew Winona Penny Loafers - The ruched detail on these are what keeps us going back to them. They dress up an outfit, but still look casual if you want them to. 100% leather, these are a great staple.

    • Sézane Darcie Loafers - The tassels and gold hardware on these are reminiscent of the ‘no hassle tassels’ that were popularized in the ‘60s, then again later in the ‘90s. With a modern update, and the glossy chocolate finish, we know you’ll be reaching for these again and again.

    • Miu Miu Faded Suede Mules - Reinterpreting the boat shoe as a mule means all the slip-on comfort, and perfect for the warmer months. These mules are made from calfskin and feature a not-too-loud logo on the tongue.

    • Alohas Aven Leather Loafers - The added texture on these loafers really sets them apart, while still staying true to a classic silhouette. Comfy and chic, perfect to throw on with any outfit when you’re running out the door.
